Blankets shipped outside the US are not returnable.
Clearance Blankets are not returnable
Please read all descriptions and sizing information prior to purchase.
Order a sample of fabric if you want to be sure what a fabric feels like beforehand.
If you requested a special fabric, backing, or a combination of colors that is unusual, we may not be able to give you a full refund if you decide to return the blanket. You should inquire at the time of order what the return value of your special order is.
You should call us first if you have a problem with your order. We will work to resolve any problem you might have to the best of our ability. Filing for a charge back with your credit card company is unnecessary and reflects negatively on us, even if we win. If we do not win, and we feel you owe us money, we may turn your account over to collections for non-payment.
If you call or email within 72 hours of delivery and the blanket is unused, and includes all original packaging: We will issue a return label for you to return the blanket to us. The blanket must be unused and in new, resalable condition upon inspection. If criteria is met, we will issue a refund minus shipping.
If you call or email after 3 days, but within 30 days of delivery: We will issue a call tag for you to return the blanket and you can receive up to an 80% refund minus shipping. This covers the lost value of the blanket being used. Additional costs could be deducted if the blanket is not clean, not in the original condition, or was a special order.
After 30 days, we do not issue refunds.You can only return/exchange one time and one item with us.Weighted Vests and most of our other items are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturer defect. Examine all items upon receipt and report defects immediately.
