These fabrics are 100% cotton and soft to the touch.
Each weighted aromatherapy eye pillow is filled with your choice of Lavender flowers, Peppermint Leaves, Rice, or Organic Flaxseed.
Keep in mind that Rice is denser than Flaxseed, so eye pillows filled with Rice or Flax/Rice mix will be heavier than just Flaxseed filled.
Inserts are NOT WASHABLE, but the removable covers can be washed and dried at your leisure.
To make a Hot Pack -
You can heat these hot/cold aromatherapy eye pillows in the microwave for 30 seconds, check the temperature, and if needed, heat again at 15-second intervals until you reach the desired temperature.
To make a Cold Pack -
You can place these inside a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer, it takes about one hour to reach a cold temperature for use.

Due to the nature of use, opened items will not be returnable; if you have any problems with your item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a replacement.

Each eye pillow and neck wrap comes with a washable cover. INSERTS ARE NOT WASHABLE. Hand wash the covers and hang dry to reduce shrinkage or wash in the machine and tumble dry on low.

Manufacturing Time
Our sewn items are made to order, and you should expect there will be a manufacturing time before the item is ready to ship. Most of the year this is maybe a week, but as we head toward the holidays it can extend to several weeks. If you have a deadline, please ask what the manufacturing time is currently.
Shipping
Most orders in the continental United States are shipped via UPS ground. For this reason, we need a street address. For outside continental U.S. and international see our full shipping policy.
Returns
All items are warrantied to be free from defect for 1 year. Our custom and stock blankets can be exchanged for another blanket of different size and/or weight within 30 days of receiving it, except clearance and monogrammed blankets where special restrictions apply.
