SensaCalm's new Peaceful Pals are totally awesome and Michael the Mellow Monkey is here to help! Peaceful Pals are weighted stuffed animals (5 lb and 3 lb). They can be used as a lap pad, a complement to your weighted blanket, or a weighted blanket alternative. Michael the Mellow Monkey has weighted arms and legs and a non-weighted body.  His hands are oversized, and if your child needs a hand on their back to sleep, you can put the weighted arm and hand over their back to comfort them.  You can also put his arms around your neck for a soothing hug, anytime!

Michael is approximately 24" x 8.5".

Manufacturing Time

Our sewn items are made to order, and you should expect there will be a manufacturing time before the item is ready to ship.  Most of the year this is maybe a week, but as we head toward the holidays it can extend to several weeks.  If you have a deadline, please ask what the manufacturing time is currently.   

Shipping

Most orders in the continental United States are shipped via UPS ground. For this reason, we need a street address.  For outside continental U.S. and international see our full shipping policy.

Returns

All items are warrantied to be free from defect for 1 year.  Our custom and stock blankets can be exchanged for another blanket of different size and/or weight within 30 days of receiving it, except clearance and monogrammed blankets where special restrictions apply.  Please see our full return policy. for details.

Michael the Weighted Mellow Monkey was a Well Loved Gift

We purchased Michael the Weighted Mellow Monkey for a friend of ours in FL who struggles with anxiety. Here is what she wrote, “Yay! I received the Monkey. Omgosh. He is so sweet. I love him! I’ll be on the couch with him.” We have bought quite a few Michaels for Gifts for friends struggling with anxiety, eating disorders and children on the autism spectrum. The Monkeys have been well received by all who have received them. A therapeutic product who definitely gives a great hug due to his long arms and helps to calm anxiety, frustration, anger and sadness. We have found the monkeys to be a very useful gift to share with others. Thanks for creating him!!! We love your company and are letting others know about it!!!

Michael The Weighted Mellow Monkey is Great!

We had bought Michael aka “Mikey” a while ago for my 65 year old sister who struggles with a lot of anxiety as part of her eating disorder and Michael has come in handy on anxiety ridden days or meltdown days as he gives such a comforting hug and she enjoys the textured dimple fabric to touch. Michael was such a bit hit that we bought one from a friend who has experienced recovery from an eating disorder but who absolutely loves Michael too. You make high quality and useful items at SensaCalm and your customer service is excellent. We are so glad we located you as my sister and I both find it comforting sleeping under our weighted SensaCalm blankets.

Perfect Heart!

Hannah Heart is now Grammy’s heart. I’m sending my love with this heart to my granddaughter in Okinawa. We aren’t able to be together during this pandemic, but she has a piece of my heart and will know how much I love her and miss her. It’s the perfect size and weight to be cuddled.
